One-hour sessions are available ages 5 years +.

During class, we focus on the fun, freedom, and excitement of expressionism. This includes working with alternative color palates, articulating art through feeling, and deconstructing concepts that have the potential to make you feel stuck. Thinking outside the box. Allowing imagination to lead.

Foundations of art are formed- learning values, color wheel, contrast, and creating compositions.

 I commonly discuss:
Patience- being kind with your "mistakes" … those are the moments where you have the opportunity to look at your project differently, and let go of trying to control a piece.

We practice breathing through moments of challenge. Lots of kindness towards ourselves and our work.

Learning to communicate your observations and then express them on paper...
Stepping back to observe big picture.
Learning simple practices to reset the brain.
